Owls Nest & Paddock Barns​​



The barns enjoy a very quiet rural location with 17 acres of land encompassing the property and acres of farmland surrounding its boundaries which can be explored on one of the many public footpaths. The local landscape is mostly made up of various arable crops and hop farming is also popular in the area along with the odd field of sheep.

Quiet single track lanes lead to the nearest village of Charsfield about 1.5 miles away where there is a pub, petrol station, church and recreation ground with a tennis court. The nearest shop and post office is located in the village of Otley about 10 minutes drive away or alternatively at Wickham Market also a 10 minute drive where there are shops and amenities including Chinese & Indian restaurants and a fish & chip shop.



The Suffolk Heritage Coast has many lovely towns and villages to visit including Southwold, Aldeburgh and Orford, the later being about 15 miles from the farm. Free Forestry Commission hacking is close by in the forests of Tunstall, Rendlesham and Dunwich.
